HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED
Privacy & imagery.
Audit registration
Before starting the Programme Health Audit, we ask for your first name, last name and email address. PAGL stores your details, audit answers and position privately so you can continue later. We send an access email to the address you provide and a registration notification, without answers or scores, to info@projectassistglobal.com. The form records your acknowledgement of this notice. Your personal link grants access to your audit for 30 days; an authenticated browser session lasts 24 hours. Keep the link private. You can request a replacement from the audit page; opening it revokes older links and sessions. Re-entering an existing email does not reveal its saved answers.
Contact enquiries
When you click Send enquiry, your details and message are submitted to the PAGL website and stored privately for handling your enquiry. The confirmation means the website has received your submission; it does not mean a meeting has been booked. Enquiry notifications are delivered to PAGL through Resend.
Associate network
When you submit an expression of interest, PAGL stores your contact details, experience, availability and CV privately to consider you for future project opportunities. We record your permission to retain this information and contact you about suitable assignments. These submissions do not subscribe you to the newsletter. A notification and your CV are sent to PAGL’s general inbox for review.
You can withdraw permission or request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@projectassistglobal.com. The confirmation means the website has received your details and CV; it is not an offer of work.
The Programme Read
Newsletter consent is separate and optional. Declining it does not prevent audit access or an enquiry. We use MailerLite to manage email subscriptions to PAGL insights and The Programme Read. The email subscription form sends your email address and, where provided, your name to MailerLite. Its confirmation tells you whether registration is complete or email confirmation is needed. If you opt in through an audit or enquiry form, we store your consent with your details and submit your name and email address to MailerLite. If that transfer is unavailable, your opt-in remains recorded for follow-up. You can request withdrawal at any time or use the unsubscribe link in newsletter emails.
Subscribing on LinkedIn is separate from joining PAGL’s email list and is handled by LinkedIn.
Storage and your choices
Registration and enquiry records are stored on the website server outside public website files. They are used for audit access, enquiries and, only with your separate opt-in, newsletter registration. Contact info@projectassistglobal.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw newsletter consent.
The live website is hosted on Hostinger. Resend delivers audit access links and PAGL notifications; MailerLite manages consenting newsletter subscriptions.
Your assessments
Programme Health Audit answers are saved privately on the website server, and scores are calculated using the audit’s versioned scoring rules. Answers and scores are not emailed to the PAGL team automatically. Integration-calculator selections and delay-estimator entries are processed in your browser. If you choose to include a results summary in an enquiry, you can preview it first, then edit or remove it in the enquiry form. The summary is sent to PAGL only when you submit that form.
The optional summary is held temporarily in the same browser tab to carry it into the form. It is removed from that temporary storage when the form reads it and cannot be loaded after 15 minutes. This handoff does not change your saved Programme Health Audit answers.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits and successful newsletter sign-ups, audit registrations and enquiries. Google receives technical information about your browser and visit. Our tracking does not include your name, email, form answers, audit scores, personal access links, URL query strings or fragments. Advertising features are disabled. Analytics cookies are used only after you choose Allow analytics; choosing Essential only does not affect the forms or your audit. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page. Google’s privacy policy.
Google Maps
The contact page includes an embedded Google map. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and apply its own cookie and privacy settings. Directions and larger-map links open Google Maps. Read Google’s privacy policy.
Photography
The founder and team photographs show Anita Appiah and the PAGL team. Some backgrounds, screens and programme graphics have been digitally enhanced. These scenes illustrate PAGL’s work and do not represent specific client engagements or results. The Programme Read retains Anita’s original published cover and article illustrations.
